An advanced qualification program in Germany for specialists who already have a strong foundation and want to reach an expert, international level. Not a beginner course — a residency for working professionals.
This is not basic training. It is created for specialists who already work with problem feet — performing medical pedicure, ingrown nail correction and installing correction systems — and who want to deepen their knowledge, study European standards and gain experience managing complex clinical cases.
During the residency, participants work with real clinical cases, study modern German patient-management protocols, take part in practical sessions and analyse cases that are rarely seen in standard training programs. The main goal is to form an expert approach — to see not just the problem, but the whole clinical picture.
How an expert thinks, analysis of complex cases, building a treatment strategy, working by priorities, typical specialist mistakes.
Multiple recurrences, cases after surgical treatment, complex nail-plate deformations, non-standard correction methods.
Complex correction systems, author's techniques, combined correction methods, individual system selection.
Foot biomechanics, load analysis, relief of problem zones, making complex orthotics.
Primary consultation, building a therapy plan, patient motivation, improving adherence, managing difficult patients.
Analysis of real clinical cases, work with models, instructor demonstrations, individual work for each participant.
Clinic organization, documentation, photo documentation, quality control, professional development of the specialist.
